Do not impersonate others, create deceptive accounts, or grant access to parties that may compromise the community.
3. Your Rights and Content
You retain ownership rights to the writing and media you publish. By publishing on koinons, you grant koinons a non-exclusive license to host, display, distribute, reformat, and promote the work as needed to operate and grow the service.
This license terminates when content is deleted, except where specific copies must be retained for security, compliance, or dispute resolution.
4. Publishing Responsibility
Ensure you possess the rights to publish all text, images, quotes, and data included. Provide proper attribution and disclose automated assistance or conflicts of interest.
You assume responsibility for claims, opinions, and consequences resulting from content published through your account.
5. Behavioral Boundaries
koinons may not be used for harassment, threats, fraud, impersonation, privacy violations, intellectual property infringement, or illegal activities.
Civil disagreement is welcome. Attacks on the dignity and safety of others are strictly prohibited.
6. Moderation & Enforcement
We may limit distribution, label, decline, remove content, or suspend accounts when necessary to protect users, maintain platform integrity, or comply with legal obligations.
Moderation decisions weigh context, harm severity, pattern of violation, and potential for remediation.

You may discontinue using the service at any time. We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access upon terms violation, security risks, or legal necessity.
